Behind The Name

When I was first starting this venture, I knew I wanted the name to mean something. I also knew that I wanted it to be feminine or Biblical. It took a few months of searching when I came upon the phrase "be still my heart." I had heard it before but this time it meant something. I then said to myself "Be Still Boutique" and thought it sounded perfect. Be still is also used in Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God" which I see and hear all the time. Just to add to the story, "be still my heart" is usually used when you're overwhelmed with love and emotion, so I thought it was perfect for the kind of store that I wanted to have!
